Subscription Terms

4. Rolling Subscription

Your subscription operates on a rolling monthly basis.

You will be charged automatically on the 1st of each month (or as otherwise specified at checkout) until you cancel.

By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments.

5. Dispatch Schedule & Cut-Off Dates

  • Evidence packs are dispatched to arrive on or around the 1st of each month.

  • Sign-ups are open between the 1st and 20th of each month.

  • If you subscribe after the 20th, your first dispatch will be scheduled for the following month.

This ensures sufficient preparation time for monthly shipments.

You will not be charged for months where no dispatch is scheduled before your first shipment.

6. Joining Mid-Case

Subscribers may join during Month 2 or Month 3 of an active case.

In such instances:

  • You will begin at Month 1 of the current case.

  • You will progress through the case sequentially.

  • Access to community discussions is structured to prevent spoilers.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

Cancellation must be completed before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

Once a monthly charge has been processed, it is non-refundable (see Section 9).

8. Pricing

Prices are displayed at checkout and may be updated at any time.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future billing cycles. Any price changes will be communicated in advance.

9. Refunds

Due to the nature of the product:

  • Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once charged.

  • Physical evidence packs cannot be returned once dispatched.

  • Refunds will only be issued if:

    • A shipment fails to arrive due to our error

    • A product is materially damaged upon delivery
