Refund Policy

The Post Mortem Print Club
(Operated as a Sole Trader)

1. Subscription Payments

The Post Mortem Print Club operates as a monthly rolling subscription.

Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed, it is non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

2. Physical Evidence Packs

Due to the nature of our product:

  • Monthly evidence packs are non-returnable once dispatched.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Or significantly different from what was described

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Photographic evidence may be required.

If approved, we may:

  • Issue a replacement

  • Offer a partial refund

  • Offer a full refund

At our discretion.

3. Lost or Missing Shipments

If your evidence pack does not arrive:

  • Please allow reasonable time for delivery (especially for international orders).

  • If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement where possible.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Customs delays

  • Import duties or taxes

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges may apply for re-shipment.

4. Joining Mid-Month

If you subscribe before the monthly cut-off date (20th), your first dispatch will be the upcoming 1st.

If you subscribe after the cut-off date, your first dispatch will be scheduled for the following month.

You will not be charged for months where no dispatch is scheduled before your first shipment.

5. Digital Access

Access to the Case Portal and Investigator Community is included as part of your subscription.

Digital access does not constitute a separately refundable product.

If you cancel your subscription, access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
